What are the effects of  global warming on Berlin and its citizens, public infrastructure and urban nature? How is data collected to describe an urban heat island? How can we use rainwater to create climate-resilient urban spaces? How can nature-based solutions contribute to climate adaptation of cities?

This tour explores qualities of stay at a set of urban spots with a variety of spatial layouts and shows examples of blue/green/grey infrastructure, developed to enhance adaptation and urban resilience. We have a look political strategies and communication concepts to enhance behavioral change and explore outdoor projects of the municipality, private firms, civil society and neighbourhoods.
